When was the RV Invented?

The first version of an RV was built in 1904. The inventor built it onto an existing vehicle, adding comforts such as beds and the radio. This was a personal project — the first commercial RV didn't hit the market until 1910. It was called the Pierce-Arrow Touring Landau; this compact camper featured a bed, a toilet, and a phone.
